Our products

Our pasta, rusks and cookies are produced using local grains, sheep's milk and fresh eggs. The drying procedure of the pasta is done in a natural manner,in a specific drying area,which enables us to maintain the  best quality, flavour and texture and without losing any of their nutritional value.
Jams and desserts are produced from local seasonal harvests and handmade in the old fashioned way, without the addition of any preservatives.
